Craft Time will follow reading time .Parents are required to stay with their children.
May 18 Author/illustrator Mark Crilley visited HCPL
Hosted by Blackford County Schools and Public Library.
Mr. Crilley has spoken in over 300 venues since 2001 and enjoys speaking to all age groups. Mr. Crilley can be viewed on YouTube giving drawing lessons and his website www.markcrilley.com for more information.

David Snyder and his musical associates serenaded the Hartford City Public Library staff on Valentine's Day in appreciation of their excellent customer service. The staff was also presented a beautiful rose and card.
